PE Shade Nets |
PE shade nets are used
extensively for greenhouses and nurseries, where plants
need consistent shade levels, heat protection and
controlled air movement. They also protect the plants
from birds. |
| |
Made of UV resistant HDPE,
the knitted shade nets provide unparalleled
techno-economic advantages. |
| |
They are long lasting and
economical |
| |
They are 20-25% lighter
then woven nets, making storage and installation easier
with lower structural strength requirement. |
| |
They are exceptionally
stronger. |
| |
They can be cut without
the edges getting frayed, hence no edge taping is
needed. Though resistant to rents and tears they can be
repaired and stitched at site. |
| |
The open locked stitches
used in construction, resist wind speeds in the covered
area and cut down on the heat build up. |
| |
They are available in
various colours, specifically White, Green, Violet and
Black. |
| |
The colour selection
depends on the percentage of light blockage desired.
Black offers maximum blockage varying between 30% to
90%, while white gives minimum blockage between 20% to
50%. In between are Green with around 60% and Violet
with around 45% blockage. The blockage and consequently
the shade, remains constant during the life of the
product. |
