Ground Covers |
Basically the ground
covers are for weed control and to give unparalleled
efficiency in the suppression of weeds.
They also prevent soil erosion.
Benefits: |
It allows a free flow of
water and air to the under soil, thus allowing them to
reach the plant roots. Yet it prevents weed growth and
reduces the maintenance efforts required for the plant
beds. |
| |
The ground cover fabrics
are made from UV stabilized virgin grade Polypropylene,
thus making it tough to resist tears, rents and
punctures. |
| |
They also have good load
bearing properties and can handle light vehicular
traffic. |
| |
They are light and hence
lend themselves to easy installation on lighter base
structures. |
| |
They prevent growth and
damage by fungus because they do not allow accumulation
of stagnant water. |
| |
The fabrics may have
spaced marker stripes at desired intervals to assist
uniform distance between pots and plants. |
